Behind every story of survival and second chances is a team of people who refuse to give up. At MCREST, our staff are more than professionals—they’re advocates, mentors, and at times, lifelines. They’re the ones answering late-night calls, tracking down vital documents, finding landlords willing to take a chance, and making sure someone has a coat when the temperature drops. Many bring lived experience to their roles, giving them a unique empathy that can’t be taught. Their work doesn’t end at five o’clock; it follows them home, carried in their thoughts and prayers for the people they serve.
Every success begins with their persistence. From helping a guest replace a lost ID to navigating the labyrinth of housing applications, our team members walk alongside each person, step by step, until stability is within reach. They are the reason MCREST remains a place of transformation—where compassion meets action, and where hope isn’t just offered, it’s lived out daily.
