The Macomb County Continuum of Care (CoC) is a countywide network of nonprofits, government agencies, and faith-based organizations working together to prevent and end homelessness. The CoC coordinates housing and support services across Macomb County—ensuring that individuals and families can access shelter, permanent housing, and long-term stability through a single, connected system. MCREST is an active member of the CoC, helping connect guests to this coordinated network of care.
